Winter Theme: Solar Practices


Come build your light during the dark and cold days! Nick will spend the next quarter teaching about prana, the vital force that animates us and all things. We will learn to sense, channel and concentrate prana.  Because solar practices address the energetic roots of the mind, they enable us to change our inner patterns without getting lost in cognitive riddles.  Breath work, introspection and meditation will be our main tools.
