Ready for a summer of yoga?
We put together this offer to support your twice weekly yoga practice during the summer months. We have many classes that pair together very well, such as:
- Mondays & Fridays at 10a, Wednesdays at 9:30a
- Tu/Th Morning Flow with Cami from 7:30-8:30a
- Tuesdays at 7p (Yoga & Strength for Women with Dana) and Thursdays at 7p (Evening Hatha with Margie)
- Prenatal 3x week M/W 5:30p and Sundays 11:30
- Mix and match a weekday with a Saturday 10a or 12:15p!
Is the studio crowded? The only classes at the studio right now that are consistently well-attended are on Saturdays and MWF mornings. We need your help building community in-person now that the pandemic is over. So put Grateful Yoga back into your routine and watch your stress melt away! And just think, it means that you will spend between 24-30 hours less on your phone or hearing the news this summer!

Nick's Summer Teaching Theme
Nick is bringing back his popular Experiential Anatomy class cycle starting May 31. Each week, his classes focus on a different segment of the body, starting from the feet and working upwards to the head by the end of August. Students will do full hatha yoga practices, but poses will be selected to highlight the “body part of the week”, augmented by a short talk introducing key features. You get a full yoga experience AND learn something new about your miraculous physical form. Read more in this essay on his Substack.
