Podcasts

Great collection of interviews from across the somatic spectrums: bodyworkers, trainers, yogis, physical therapists... The creator and interviewer, Brooke Thomas, says: "As practitioner who also happens to be an information junkie I am fortunate to know about and learn from so many brilliant people in the “make bodies better” fields; Yet I couldn’t find any one hub where all that juicy information came together, so I wanted to shine a light on all the brilliant thought leaders out there who are helping help people to effectively address their pain, mobility issues, and subpar performance. Hence the creation of Liberated Body."
