We offer a wider variety of postnatal programs than anywhere else in the area. You can attend with and without baby, because sometimes you just need some space!
- Baby and Me Yoga, Mondays, 4:15-5:00p with Cami Codell
- Yoga & Strength for Women, led by women’s health PT Dana Podell, 7-8p Thursdays
- Postpartum Support & Embodiment Groups, led by yoga therapist and psychotherapist Kristen Simons, Sundays, 1-2:30
You are also welcome to attend any Prenatal class during your postpartum recovery – your classmates would love to see you!
Our Hatha Basics and Gentle classes are also appropriate. All our teachers are prepared to help you modify according to your current capacity.
