Women’s Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga is a nurturing practice designed to support women’s health through mindful movement, breath, and deep relaxation. The first half of class will focus on a gentle slow flow centered around themes of pelvic health, pelvic floor awareness, and balancing the first and second chakras to help cultivate strength, stability, creativity, and connection. The second half will transition into restorative yoga postures supported by props to encourage relaxation, improve sleep, reduce stress, and support overall nervous system healing.

Why are we making this class “women only”?
We often get requests for female-only classes, mainly for religious and cultural reasons, but also because women experience different physical needs and changes as they age and can benefit from a therapeutic yoga practice to directly support them. People with sensitivities around body image and other related insecurities may also feel more relaxed in a female-only class.
Pricing: Normal class rates apply. $25/single; packages and sliding scale available.
